Happy Easter

Happy Easter everybody. I'm spending Easter with my host family in Litchfield. Yesterday, the weather was so nice and I had three hours of practice outside, like always. It was hot but luckily not as hot as thursday The sun was shining the whole time and I even got a bit burned on my shoulders, maybe I have to start wearing sun protection soon?

I hung out with Brooke and Emily in the evening, we watched the Blind Side, one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. When I woke this morning it was homework, homework, and homework on my "to do list". I don't want to have to do them all in Florida, so with that in my mind I started doing them. I never think I've been so productive as today, because the thought of Florida really made me going. Anyway, in the afternoon we took the car to Litchfield, and since then we've watched basketball (it was the final four in the college's champion ship league) and dyed eggs.

Tomorrow we'll go egg hunting, go to the church, eat lunch and then the best part... pick up my family at the airport!!!!! I'm so excited, but it also feels so surreal. I haven't seen them for seven months and it's kind of hard to imagine that they are coming, because they aren't really a part of my life here... but I'm so happy.

BTW, today I was nose bleeding for the first time, never done it before! Exciting, huh? ;)

Okay, I'm going back to the TV to see the rest of the basketball game, and if I'm lucky I'll find some candy in the kitchen, just need to find their hiding place haha.
